Diverted Flights
Any flight that might be potentially diverted will be charged a $30 per hour wait time fee until the flight is recovered.
Cancelation Policy
Sedan Service: A cancellation made less than 6 hours than the scheduled time will be a full service charge. A cancellation made one day prior to reserved day, will receive a 20% penalty charge.
Stretch Limousines, Vans, SUV's, etc: Cancellations made prior to a reserved day made at least 7 days will not have a penalty charge. 3-6 days prior to the reserved time will be a 20% penalty charge, 1-3 day prior will face a 50% penalty charge, cancellations made the day of will not receive a refund of any sort.
